This workshop is the perfect opportunity to explore Kseniya’s technique, work with clay, and learn an efficient, hands-on method through her quick learning system. Together, we’ll dive into creating larger and more complex forms with confidence.

If you’re comfortable on the wheel and can easily center 1 kg of clay or more, this workshop is perfect for you. You’ll find new techniques, insights, and inspiration. Step by step, we’ll work side by side, covering both essential fundamentals and more advanced pottery skills.

Beyond new knowledge and practical skills, you can expect a truly inspiring experience – connecting with like-minded people, sharing creative energy, and leaving with fresh ideas for your own work.

The workshop takes place on November 9-10 from 9:30–17:30. There will be a lunch break in the middle of the day. The workshop includes a delicious vegetarian lunch. Firing of pieces is not included. This workshop is not recommended for beginners.

Course instructor: Kseniya Polyakova

Previous knowledge: You should be able to easily center and throw at least 1 kg of clay.

The workshop will run with a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 12 participants (final decision made 4 weeks before the workshop starts).

Please note: The pieces made during this workshop are intended purely as practice pieces. There will be no glazing or firing, and works will not be kept. The emphasis is entirely on learning, experimentation, and refining technique rather than producing finished objects.
